Asia KLEMS is an Asian regional research consortium to promote building database and conduct international productivity comparison among Asian countries based on KLEMS methodology adopted by EU KLEMS project. It has been established to follow up World KLEMS project in August 2010, and has been initiated in December 2010.

The Workshop discussed about Asia KLEMS Manual (draft and proposal) and data management issues. It was organised by Asia KLEMS Committee and was jointly supported by Seoul National University (Center for National Competitiveness), Korea Productivity Center, Hitotsubashi University (The Research Units for Statistical and Empirical Analysis in Social Sciences (G-COE Hi-Stat)) and Gakushuin University (Empirical Research on Intangible Investment in Japan (ERII)).
